WPP digital data collection firm Lightspeed Group has hired former Hall & Partners EMEA CEO Caroline Frankum with the same title, plus a seat on the Board. She will replace Martin Filtz, who moved into the post of CEO, Asia Pacific in January.
Frankum (pictured) will join next month from brand and comms research specialist Hall & Partners, where she worked for the past seven years. Earlier, she was Head of Content Research at BskyB, Head of Planning and Research at UKTV, and held senior positions at Fox Kids/Jetix (part of Walt Disney), Five, L!ve TV and Classic FM.
Stepping into the shoes of Filz, Frankum is now responsible for growth strategy, client management, and operation plans across the EMEA region. She will report to David Day, President and Global CEO, who comments: 'Caroline has a broad range of experience with myriad clients, product development and concept testing, as well as consumer targeting in both the quantitative and qualitative space - a perfect fit for this position. I look forward to working with her, as she brings her fresh approach and expertise to leading our excellent EMEA team'.
