In the US, Lieberman Research Worldwide (LRW) has continued its acquisition spree with the purchase of consumer insights specialist Kelton Global. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
Based in Playa Vista, LA and with offices in New York and Chicago, Kelton offers a suite of insight tools and expertise in qual and quant research, design, strategy, branding, cultural insights and communications. Following the acquisition, Tom Bernthal and Gareth Schweitzer will continue as CEO and President of the Kelton Division, respectively.
This is LRW's fifth in a series of acquisitions, adding to its February takeover of customer experience and culture design firm Strativity Group and 2016 acquisitions of social media insights company MotiveQuest, UK-based online community specialist Tonic Insight and community insight platform icanmakeitbetter (and its parent company Sentient Services). LRW is headquartered in Los Angeles with offices in London, New York, Philadelphia, Chicago and Orange County.
