Quentin AshbyJoin the Dots was acquired by its senior management team last year and combines primary research with psychology and behavioural economics. It also sets up and manages online communities, and last autumn it launched a dedicated qual research unit called Spirit. We remain confident in the company's performance in 2018 and continue to invest in delivering high quality services to our clients and a great place to work for our staff'.
