Researchbods Launches Training and Support Service

July 18 2022

UK-based customer insights and communities platform developer Researchbods has launched 'Expert Lab', providing clients with training and support for its proprietary insight community platform, ex-plor.

Lucy AlexanderThe Leeds-based company offers insight communities and global real-time data collection, and recently opened a dedicated creative division called Studio. In 2019, Researchbods, Bonamy Finch and start-up LiFE partnered to create a new group called STRAT7, to help businesses and brands create data-driven strategies from customer insights.

The firm's new service will be led by Lucy Alexander (pictured), who joined five years ago, with experience of insight communities for national and global clients. Expert Lab aims to tap into the combined expertise of the 120-strong Researchbods team, to uncover new opportunities for ex-plor users. It will be underpinned by the 'expert library', a knowledgebase designed to help clients become 'ex-plor experts', with guidance provided on day-to-day tasks, as well as strategic advice.

In addition, the team will offer 'ask us anything' drop-in sessions to help answer user questions, and formal online and face-to-face training is also available. Community 'health checks' can be conducted, to help clients understand performance and recommendations. Alexander comments: 'I can safely say I know our ex-plor platform inside and out, so I'm really excited to be leading this new offering. We know that one size doesn't fit all, so our bespoke packages will be made-to-measure to help clients meet and exceed their specific goals'.
