ResearchBods Rolls Out 'ex-plor lite' Pop-Up Platform

May 7 2020

In the UK, customer data and intelligence provider ResearchBods has launched a pop-up community platform called 'ex-plor lite', providing the same features as its 'ex-plor' platform, but specifically designed as a short-term, self-serve solution that can be launched in just 24 hours.

Jonathan CloughLeeds-based ResearchBods, which is part of the STRAT7 group, offers three main solutions: insight communities, access panels and experience and journey programmes. The new 'ex-plor-lite' platform offers clients a suite of quant and qual methodologies that are mobile optimised for 'on the go' interaction, including discussion rooms, diary studies, quick polls, interactive maps and online surveys. The platform also uses ResearchBods' proprietary video focus group software.

Designed using a tile-based layout for easy navigation, ex-plor lite includes e-mail and 'in platform' alerts to encourage engagement, with participation rewarded through the automated rewards engine. Clients can use an admin area to manage tasks, monitor community health and learn about members' past and future behaviour, aided by machine learning. Support services include community set up, recruitment, translation, management, reporting and custom branding options.

Company co-founder and Director Jonathan Clough (pictured) comments: 'The team has worked around the clock to deliver 'ex-plor lite', and the result is a powerful and intuitive platform that we feel brands and agencies really need right now. It's been designed by researchers for researchers with the aim of creating a seamless member and admin experience, so you can focus on getting the insights you need to make critical business decisions'.
