Harris Makes Three Senior UK Hires

In the UK, Harris Interactive has appointed Andrew Freeman as Senior Consultant for Media Research, and Hayley Warner and Caroline Dennett as Associate Directors supporting the firm's services, consumer goods, and business and industrial sector clients.

Freeman has more than 10 years' industry experience. Most recently, he worked as Group Head of Commercial Research at GCap Media on projects ranging from qualitative listener panels and commercial client satisfaction surveys, to creative testing and benchmarking. After graduating with a degree in Classics from Oxford University, he became an Assistant Producer at LBC Radio, and then worked as a Researcher with ad agency DMB&B.

In his new role, he will report to Jinty Weldon, Head of the Technology, Media and Telecoms (TMT) division in the UK, and will be responsible for growing and refining projects within the media sector.

Said Weldon: 'We are delighted to have such a respected and experienced media specialist join us, and believe his expertise will ensure our delivery of research and insight to media will be second to none.'

Warner joins from ORC International where she was an Associate Director. Before this, she spent five years at MORI in their Social Research Institute and Corporate and Consumer Divisions. She has both qual and quant experience, and holds an MSc in Social Research Methods from Surrey University.

Dennett was most recently an Associate Director at Holden Pearmain, prior to which, she worked at Canon in both their pan-European headquarters in The Netherlands and in their UK operations. She has a BA (Hons) in Sociology and Criminal Justice and is near completion of an MA in Marketing and Ecommerce from the University of Portsmouth.
