In the US, on-demand panel and sample company Innovate has promoted Lisa Wilding-Brown to the role of Chief Research Officer, leading the firm’s various research initiatives continuing to oversee all panel engagement and quality programs, and working closely with clients.

Innovate was launched two years ago by uSamp/goZing founders Matt Dusig and Gregg Lavin, and their former colleague George Llorens. Wilding-Brown joined shortly after as EVP of Global Operations, having previously worked as an independent consultant, served as SVP, Mobile Business Solutions at uSamp (now Instantly), and spent six years at Harris Interactive, where she was latterly Manager of Panel Loyalty & Retention.

At Innovate, Wilding-Brown has been involved in numerous initiatives, including the design of the company’s First Class Panel. In her new role, she will also help the company develop and launch an automated sample platform, slated to debut in 2017. Commenting on the promotion, Lavin said: ‘Lisa has been a pivotal part of my team for nearly a decade. We are excited to promote her into this role and watch her continue to flourish. No one in this industry has built more panels or has the diverse sampling experience that Lisa possesses.’
