We've been in business since 1997 starting life as an insight team within Leeds based communications agency Brahm Ltd. Much has changed since those early days but our founding principles of creativity, independence and fresh thinking haven't.

Our heritage means we're not your average research outfit. Surrounded by advertising executives, designers, and digital media experts means communications and branding research is part of our DNA. We 'get' the communications process and fundamentally believe in communicating research insights in creative and engaging ways.

In recent years we have expanded our team, services and sector expertise to respond to the rapidly changing needs of our clients. We are proud of our achievements having been recognised on a number of occasions with key MRS awards. With offices in Leeds and London and partner networks globally we offer a truly connected experience.
