Survata Hires President for Ad Measurement

In San Francisco, brand intelligence and ad measurement company Survata has hired former Boost Media CEO Tim Krozek for a newly created role, President of Ad Measurement.

Tim KrozekFounded in 2012 by childhood friends and University of Notre Dame alumni Aaron Wenger and Chris Kelly, Survata began by providing 'Survey Walls' as a means of accessing online content, and has evolved its offering with launches including niche audience service Segment Surveys. Last year, the firm secured $14m in Series B funding, which it is using to further develop its ad measurement suite.

Krozek (pictured) previously spent more than four years at content creation marketplace Boost Media, latterly as CEO and Chairman of the Board. Prior to this he worked for native ad specialist Flite (acquired by Snap in 2016) as SVP, Sales and Business Development; and as SVP, Business Development and Program Management at tech support business Support.com. Earlier, he was Chief Revenue Officer at geolocation data provider Quova (acquired by consumer data provider Neustar in 2010); and he held senior sales roles at Efficient Frontier (acquired by Adobe in 2012), AOL and Yahoo!

In his new role, Krozek oversees ad measurement revenue, client success rates, research and operations.
