Marchex Brings in Sales and Customer Success Leader

In the US, mobile ad analytics specialist Marchex has appointed former Criteo exec John Roswech as Chief Revenue Officer, leading the firm's Sales and Customer Success divisions.

Marchex offers a system to connect online behavior to real-world, off-line actions, and its flagship Call Analytics platform measures and analyses the leads/calls delivered to businesses by their mobile, online and off-line ad campaigns. The company recently acquired enterprise-level text / messaging and analytics business < 29070>Sonar Technologies, whose SaaS based platform is used for understanding consumer sentiment via digital recording; and last year, it took over call analytics firm Callcap, which offers call monitoring and analytics solutions services across more than a dozen industry verticals.

Roswech (pictured) joins from ad targeting and retargeting specialist Criteo where he served as EVP, Brand Solutions; and he previously worked for eCommerce ad firm HookLogic as Chief Revenue Officer, prior to its acquisition by Criteo in 2016. Earlier, he worked for online ad specialist Aquantive (later acquired by Microsoft), where he served as VP of Sales for the Atlas Solutions media measurement platform.
