Leger Hires for Vancouver Office

Canadian polling, MR and strategy firm Leger has hired Jason Allsopp as Vice President of its Vancouver office, responsible for developing client accounts across British Columbia and expanding the firm's west coast presence.

Leger, which last month launched a customer experience consulting service called Leger MetriCX, is the largest Canadian-owned market research and analytics company, with more than 600 employees in eight Canadian and US offices.

Allsopp brings more than 20 years of market research experience, in Canada and internationally; most recently from Ipsos in Vancouver, BC, where as VP he was responsible for managing and conducting a variety of qual and quant research projects, often with advanced analytics and with a focus on lottery, gaming and travel & tourism research.

Heather Owen, VP of Leger's Vancouver office, says Allsopp's extensive market research experience, backed by his in-depth knowledge of markets in British Columbia, makes him 'ideally suited' for the role.
