SurveyMonkey Hires First Chief Diversity Officer

DIY survey software platform SurveyMonkey has appointed Antoine Andrews with the title of Chief Diversity & Social Impact Officer (CDIO). He is based in the San Francisco Bay area.

Antoine AndrewsAndrews (pictured) joins with more than twenty years' experience leading diversity, equity, inclusion and social impact functions. Most recently, he worked for workforce development non-profit Year Up as Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer. Before this, he held senior DE&I leadership roles at Gap Inc, software company Symantec, Nike, and pharma firm Bristol Myers Squibb.

In his new position, Andrews will help SurveyMonkey develop its goals to hire, retain and develop a more diverse team, while fostering an inclusive culture. He will also lead social impact work, and ensure the company continues to give back to both local communities and the broader business community.
