Promotions and Hires for Firefish's Numbers Lab

Insight consultancy Firefish Group has restructured its quantitative consultancy The Numbers Lab (TNL) with the promotion of two senior staff and the appointment of three new members of the team.

The group launched as a qualitative agency in London in 2000, then added quant division TNL a decade later. Jim Mann, previously TNL's Head of Culture and before that Head of Insight at The Guardian, has been promoted to Group Head; while Anne-Marie Gardner (nee McCallion) takes on the newly created role of Head of Ad Hoc, leading the firm's strategic projects and client accounts. In addition to the promotions, Dan Farrow joins TNL as Head of Tracking & Testing, after 23 years as a Senior Director at Kantar, which included acting as the Strategic Client Partner on the global Vodafone account.

In addition, the TNL division has appointed Kim Scofield as Director and Stefanie Jirsak as Research Manager. Scofield spent the past seven years at Kantar, working on global trackers and integrated innovation and brand projects, and she also brings expertise across the APAC region, having lived and worked in Singapore. Jirsak previously worked at VisitBritain as an Evaluation Manager, assessing international marketing campaigns for their impact through ROI modelling and other advanced statistical techniques that fed directly into UK government strategy.
