InMoment Hires Herz for European Expansion

US-based customer intelligence platform InMoment has appointed Nicolas Herz as Country Sales Director, to lead its expansion into France, and to strengthen its position in Benelux and across Europe.

InMoment, which was formed from the merger of US firm Mindshare Technologies and Canadian company Empathica, offers an Experience Intelligence (XI) platform which analyzes and evaluates enterprise experience data and customer feedback. Last year, the firm acquired CXM software and solutions firm MaritzCX, and in the past three years it has opened four new offices - in Singapore, Shanghai, Melbourne, and Auckland - and expanded its employee base by more than 300%.

Hertz (pictured) joins with 23 years' experience and a background in the CX industry, most recently gained at talent journey platform Phenom People, where he latterly served as a Consultant. Prior to this he worked for 'smiley' feedback system HappyOrNot as Country Director for France, and he was a Director at digital learning solution Crossknowledge and at CX specialist Zendesk. Earlier, he spent nearly six years in business development roles at Yahoo! France.
