Forsta Hires Head of Sales for the Americas

Forsta, the recently merged business of research software firms Confirmit and FocusVision, has appointed former Adobe / OpinionLab exec Jim Reitz as Head of Sales for the Americas, Voice of Customer and Employee (VOC/VOE).

Forsta was formed earlier this year, following the merger of Norway-based software and solutions company Confirmit, which has additional offices in the UK, US, Russia, Canada and Australia; and NY-based FocusVision, which has offices in California, Connecticut and Oregon, as well as London and Bulgaria. Reitz (pictured) joins from Adobe, where as MD he led a Strategic Accounts practice for the Adobe Experience Cloud. Earlier he spent more than a decade in various roles at OpinionLab, which was later acquired by Verint.

Commenting on the appointment Giles Whiting, COO and MD, VOC/VOE, said: 'Jim brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Forsta team in the Americas.
