Beehive Adds Two to London Team

In London, Beehive Research has appointed Tim Kerr as Senior Researcher and Charles Ray as Research Manager, supporting its expansion into the media and publishing arena.

Tim Kerr and Charles RayLaunched in 2007 by Paul Kavanagh, former head of Experian's research service Canvasse Opinion, Beehive Research helps brands understand their customers and prospects across the entire product lifecycle, from product and service development through to marketing and communication messaging, and measurement of customer experience (CX, VoC, and CSat). Kerr joins with more than fifteen years' experience in customer service delivery: he has served as MD of his own consultancy Right On Comms since 2008, and before that spent a decade at London and Shoreham-based Stingray Research.

Ray has more than ten years' experience in both qual and quant techniques and previously served as a Research Executive at Stingray Research. Both have extensive experience in B2B research, with a specialism in the publishing and media sectors, and have worked with Beehive for more than a decade.
