Pureprofile Names UK Head of Data & Insight

Consumer data company Pureprofile has appointed former Ipsos and maru exec Rachel Knowles as Head of Data & Insight UK.

Rachel KnowlesPureprofile collects consumers' profile data in exchange for rewards, and offers ad targeting, content strategy and research panel services. Knowles (pictured) joins with more than twenty years' industry experience - most recently serving as Business Development Director at Maru Group, before which she worked for Ipsos as Client Engagement Director for the Financial Research Survey. Earlier she was Client Director at Explori, UK Director at SHC Universal, and Client Development Director at Research Now, having begun her MR career at Gartner, before joining Echo Research.

In her new role, Knowles will have overall responsibility for Pureprofile's UK client portfolio, developing relationships and identifying new opportunities for the Data & Insights business. Commenting on the appointment, Tim Potter, MD for the UK/EU & US business, said: 'Rachel's enthusiasm for the industry and client relationship building qualities make her the ideal person to forward our business plans for the UK.
