Healthcare data specialist SHC Universal has appointed Rachel Knowles as a Director in its London team.

SHC Universal offers access to millions of healthcare professionals, providers, and patients for both quantitative and qualitative research. In addition to providing global healthcare survey data collection in the US, Canada, and EU5, the firm's communities now include Switzerland and Austria. Knowles joins from Research Now, where she worked for the last six years and latterly served as Client Development Director. Prior to this, she was Sector Manager (Consumer) at Echo Research, and an Account Partner at Gartner, where she worked for six years.

In her new role, Knowles will work with the firm's EU clients.
