Hall & Partners Adds Trio to Senior Management Team

Brand strategy, brand and campaign performance specialist Hall & Partners has named Daiana Dal Col Chief Financial Officer, hired long-time Kantar exec Peter Teachman for its new role of Chief Growth Officer, and promoted Josh Shames to the role of US Managing Partner.

Daiana Dal Col, Peter Teachman and Josh ShamesHall & Partners, which is part of Omnicom's Brand Consulting Group, seeks to understand how marketing influences the relationship between people, brands and culture. In the UK, Dal Col joins after leadership roles in the PR and comms sector, including at WPP and Omnicom. Most recently, she was Global CFO at AxiCom, before which, she worked at Pleon and Ketchum PR agencies.

Teachman joins in the US after more than 25 years at Kantar, latterly serving as COO of the Insights, Brand Strategy, Media and Analytics practices, having worked closely with Hall & Partners Global CEO Tim Wragg. Shames joined more than fifteen years ago and most recently served as Managing Partner, having earlier held director roles at Millward Brown.

These recent hires join Hall & Partners' established senior leadership team - which includes Chief People Officer Sue Klinck; COO Natalie Smith; UK Managing Partner Branka Orosnjak; CEO Australia Imogen Randell; and General Manager MENA Chady Debs. Wragg comments: 'Our new leadership team and focus will allow us to spend more time ensuring that every strategic recommendation is built upon powerful and relevant uncommon insights, as we bring greater cross-vertical and multi-category expertise to bear.'
