ACKWEST Group company TestSet has launched a new division, TestSet Health, in Europe, introducing long-established US qual and quant service the Reckner Healthcare Panel to clients in the UK and on the continent. Vince Wills joins in London to lead the new unit.
ACWEST was launched eighteen months ago by MR industry veterans Hugh Davis and Keith Price, as a holding company for tech-driven consumer insights and marketing services firms. The company invested in first party data specialist TestSet almost immediately, and helped it to launch its services in Europe, bringing in MD Colin Turner-Kerr and Director of Operations Dina Patel to lead the region.
The new TestSet Health division will offer clients direct access to both medical professionals and patient audiences, supported by the Reckner Healthcare Panel's expertise in recruiting, verifying, and engaging specialised participants across more than 50 medical disciplines. The division promises dedicated local market teams to provide clients with validated, reliable data to guide business and clinical decisions.
Wills (pictured) brings more than a decade of healthcare research and client partnership experience across global markets, most recently from Dynata where he was Director of Healthcare. Earlier he worked at Dynata's predecessor company Research Now SSI, and at M3 Global, where he led quant and qual programs for biopharma, medtech and healthcare clients throughout Europe.
Turner-Kerr says of the news, 'The Reckner Healthcare Panel has been one of the most respected assets in US healthcare research for decades. With the creation of TestSet Health, we're making that same level of quality and access available to UK and European clients, supported by Vince's leadership, local expertise, and the exceptional service and responsiveness that define the TestSet brand.'
