Introduction

To support our continued growth in APAC, we are looking for an Associate Project Manager to join our team based in Seoul, South Korea.


The Role

The Associate Project Manager is an early-career project owner responsible for managing market research projects from setup to delivery, with guidance and support from senior team members.

This role is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in market research operations or project coordination, who is ready to take more ownership, build confidence in client-facing interactions, and progress toward a full Project Manager role.


Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Coordination

• Manage end-to-end delivery of standard online market research projects, from project setup to final delivery, with support where needed.
• Coordinate project timelines, questionnaires, programming, data collection and data processing activities with internal operational stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure key milestones are met.
• Identify risks or issues early and escalate appropriately to the Team Leader.

Client & Internal Communication

• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients regarding project status, timelines, and next steps.
• Support client calls and written communication, building confidence in client interaction over time.
• Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Research, Programming, Fieldwork, Data Processing) to ensure smooth and timely project execution.

Quality & Delivery

• Perform quality checks on project setups, data, and deliverables.
• Ensure projects meet agreed specifications and internal quality standards.
• Apply best practices in market research project management and continuously improve delivery accuracy.

Learning & Development

• Develop a strong understanding of online market research methodologies and delivery processes.
• Build project ownership and decision-making skills with the goal of progressing to a Project Manager role.
• Actively seek feedback and coaching to support continuous learning and professional growth.

About You

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in market research operations, project coordination, or project management.
• Familiarity with online quantitative market research is strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in parallel.
• Highly motivated, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.
• Native Korean speaker who is proficient in English for reading, understanding, and communication.
