Introduction

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven leader to oversee two key aspects of the Toluna member lifecycle within our Global Panel Operations. First, how we market to and engage those members via our CRM strategy, social media efforts and brand engagement initiatives. Second, how deliver an incentivized and gamified experience. This role is critical in driving member retention, improving user experience, and increasing panel value through data-driven decision-making, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate will combine strong commercial acumen, operational excellence, and people leadership to deliver measurable impact across the organization.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall strategy and execution of member lifecycle marketing initiatives to drive engagement, retention, loyalty, and lifetime value.
  • Strengthen relationships with panel members throughout their lifecycle, reducing attrition and increasing high-value behaviours.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy, ensuring the right message is delivered to the right member, through the right channel, at the right time.
  • Redefine and align brand positioning across all channels to ensure a consistent and compelling member experience.
  • Improve user experience across web and app platforms, increasing automation and personalization through data-driven insights.
  • Define, launch, and optimize social media and gaming strategies to increase survey participation and brand investment.
  • Oversee and optimize incentive partnerships and programs, ensuring strong member experience while meeting budget requirements.
  • Identify and implement technology, automation, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and marketing impact.
  • Lead and develop a regional and cross-functional team, fostering high performance, coaching, and capability building.
  • Lead complex, cross-functional projects from planning through execution, managing timelines, stakeholders, budgets, and outcomes.

Your Profile (Skills)
  • 5+ years of experience in market research (particularly Global Panel Operations) and 3+ years in a senior supply or similar leadership role.
  • 3+ years managing at least 5 employees in any field.
  • Strong expertise in lifecycle marketing, CRM strategy, brand engagement, and panel/member management within market research or a related industry.
  • Deep understanding of customer experience, personalization, automation, and data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Solid experience managing brand loyalty programs, CRM platforms, and social media engagement initiatives.
  • Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, define performance metrics, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams, including coaching and performance management.
  • Autonomous, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities in complex and evolving environments.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on innovation, efficiency, and measurable impact.
  • Advanced English.
