What will I be doing?

• Collaborate closely with senior team members and other internal stakeholders, including Data Science & Analytics and external vendors, to ensure the successful execution of RWE studies.
• Develop project designs, including questionnaire writing, selecting suitable data sources, analysis methods, preparing relevant proposals including cost calculations
• Manage project execution, including setting up fieldwork and monitoring recruitment and the quality of recruiting.
• Interpret data and develop insights by writing reports, preparing presentations, and making business-oriented recommendations to the sponsoring client under the guidance of senior project team members.
• Participate actively in client presentations and visits with senior project team members.

What do I need to bring?

• A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in primary market research within the healthcare sector, demonstrating strong project management skills and a comprehensive understanding of industry dynamics
• Proficiency in proposal and pitch creation, including calculations
• Solid research skills including study design, questionnaire development, project processes, sampling, and basic analytical techniques
• Possess the ability to deliver comprehensive analysis, presentations, and reports, extract insights and narratives from data, provide sound recommendations and effectively contribute to client presentations
• A commitment to meeting the expectations and requirements of both internal and external stakeholders through exceptional engagement and follow-through
• A proactive approach to learning, quickly and independently adapting to new activities while actively seeking opportunities to extend and deepen knowledge in the field
• Essential client-facing experience with the proven ability to act as a client liaison on projects, effectively managing and fulfilling client needs
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with proficiency in engaging effectively with clients and stakeholders at various organizational levels.
