The role:

As a Media Buyer at Toluna, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our market research panels across the world. You will be responsible for planning, executing, reporting and optimizing Google and Bing traffic acquisition campaigns to generate high-quality leads (panelists) globally.

Additionally, you may support the team and department in various digital marketing activities, such as prospecting, competitors' analysis and even test new direct media buying channels. Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google / Bing Ads campaigns to increase lead generation and ROI
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Create and manage Search, Display and Video campaigns across multiple markets (20 markets and growing)
  • Monitor campaign performance and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with content, analytics, and design teams to improve ad copy, landing pages, and conversion rates
  • Stay updated on Google Ads trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for stakeholders
  • Work closely with the rest of the team to share recommendations.

Your profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or a related field are welcome but not required
  • Fluent Spoken and written English is a must
  • Proven experience (3+ years) managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, or Video) strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio
  • Proficiency in keyword planning, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
