Job Spec: We are in search of a German-speaking Project Manager to join an established market research organisation. This position would suit someone with previous project management experience within market research who enjoys managing multiple workstreams, coordinating stakeholders and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the research process.


Project Management

• Managing quantitative and mixed methods research CATI projects from briefing through to final delivery
• Coordinating internal teams and external fieldwork partners to ensure projects run smoothly
• Monitoring project timelines, budgets and deliverables, proactively addressing any challenges
• Overseeing data quality checks, validation processes and project outputs
• Supporting the delivery of customer satisfaction, tracking and other ongoing research programmes
• Working with research data, reporting platforms and project documentation to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

Client Management

• Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Providing regular progress updates and managing expectations around timelines and deliverables
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Ensuring clear communication between clients, fieldwork providers and internal teams.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' project management experience within market research. Experience with CATI methodologies would be beneficial, although candidates from broader quantitative research backgrounds will also be considered.

Fluent German is essential, while English is used for internal communication. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach to client management are key to success in this role.

Für ein etabliertes Marktforschungsunternehmen suchen wir einen deutschsprachigen Projektmanager mit Erfahrung im Bereich Market Research. In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die eigenverantwortliche Steuerung quantitativer und Mixed-Methods-Forschungsprojekte, insbesondere im CATI-Umfeld, von der Planung bis zur finalen Auslieferung.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die Koordination interner Teams und externer Feldpartner, die Überwachung von Zeitplänen, Budgets und Deliverables sowie die Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität durch Prüf- und Validierungsprozesse. Darüber hinaus fungieren Sie als zentrale Ansprechperson für Kunden, steuern die laufende Kommunikation und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Projektablauf.

Gesucht werden Kandidaten mit mindestens zwei Jahren Erfahrung im Projektmanagement innerhalb der Marktforschung. Kenntnisse von CATI-Methoden sind von Vorteil. Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich, Englisch wird für die interne Kommunikation genutzt. Eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Organisationstalent und ein proaktiver Umgang mit Kunden und Projekten runden das Profil ab.
