They're now looking for a Research Manager to join the team supporting one of the firm's largest and most established client accounts.
Working alongside an experienced Client Director, you'll become a trusted day-to-day partner, leading ongoing research programs and working closely with stakeholders across insights, marketing, customer experience, product and strategy.
The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys becoming an extension of their client's team.
Rather than juggling lots of smaller accounts, you'll develop deep knowledge of one major client, managing a broad program of quantitative research that spans customer experience, advocacy, brand and strategic insight.
You'll:
- Lead end-to-end quantitative research projects from proposal through to delivery
- Deliver CX, NPS, customer advocacy and brand tracking programs
- Translate complex data into clear, commercially relevant recommendations
- Build trusted relationships across a large, multi-stakeholder client environment
- Present insights that influence customer, product and commercial strategy
- Support and mentor junior team members while working closely with senior client leaders.
About You
You'll bring:
- Around 4+ years' experience in market research or customer insights
- Experience working on a major client account or supporting a large, complex organisation with multiple stakeholder groups
- Strong experience delivering CX, NPS, customer advocacy, brand tracking or other ongoing research programs
- Exposure to sectors such as financial services, retail, telecommunications, insurance or other customer-centric industries
- Excellent project management skills and a strong quantitative research foundation
- Confidence presenting insights and building long-term client relationships
- A collaborative, commercially minded approach and genuine passion for delivering exceptional client service.
