This evaluation specialist role would be at the heart of the business and will involve leading projects for clients, line management and adding new clients. The business development aspect of the role is especially key as the objective is to mix-up the revenue streams and build in resilience.

You'll have a proven track record of winning mid- to large-sized evaluation contracts. This might be through strong bid writing, or through brilliant account management - or a combination of both. You will also have a strong history of delivering large, complex projects. Ideally, your areas of expertise will overlap with their specialist sectors: education and skills, health, science and technology, utilities, transport, and housing/built environment. If you have econometric evaluation this could be of interest also. The topic areas are less important than having technical evaluation expertise and a healthy commercial attitude.

They have a talented team to support this initiative, of both researchers and other evaluation specialists. This is a remote model of working with frequent in-person team days.
