This Agency's Vibe
Forward-thinking leadership: Innovative, agile and focused on the future of insights strategy. This agency knows how to stay relevant.
Effort rewarded: They invest profit back into their people with uncapped promotions, competitive salaries and bonuses (the pay-it not just say-it kind), plus benefits that add up - like 25 days leave.
Rocket science thinking: This is where you go to challenge your thinking, get uncomfortable with what you don't know, and learn from the best.
Flex with feel: Hybrid model (3:2) - but the office has a great vibe that naturally pulls the team in.
Agility with scale: Plenty of people and teams to learn from, with all-agency events that bring everyone together across locations for learning, connection and celebration.
Day-to-day responsibilities: - Be client-facing - you'll jump onto a portfolio of amazing accounts
- Help unpack client problems and design tailored quant research frameworks
- Own end-to-end quant projects - design frameworks, surveys, and analyse data
- Synthesise insights and contextualise them within broader strategy
- Create inspiring, commercially relevant narratives and strategies
- Get hands-on with qual too - from depth interviews to multi-method projects
- Bring creativity, curiosity and passion to every brief.
What do you need to apply?- Around 2+ years' experience in consumer insights or strategy
- Background in a market research consultancy or agency environment
- Strong quantitative research skills - across ad hoc and tracking (e.g. brand equity, U&A, segmentations, CX, NPD)
- Passion for strategy and turning data into business impact
- Excellent analytical ability and ideally confident using Q or a similar stats package.
This is your chance to join a future-facing insights agency where no idea is too ambitious, and no question is too complex. You'll learn fast, think big, and build a stellar consulting toolkit surrounded by people who love what they do.
