The company

Join an exciting company, working within the qualitative division working alongside a passionate and experienced team of researchers across various levels. You can expect to be working with key FMCG clients covering a range of projects combining traditional and innovative research methodologies.

Your key duties and responsibilities:

• Working on UK and International qualitative research project from start to finish, maintaining impeccable service to clients
• Actively engaging and supporting the factors contributing to the achievement of commercial success within the company
• Challenging the status quo - being curios about how we can better ourselves
• Running client briefings, remaining the point of contact for your clients throughout projects and account matters
• Ensuring project briefs are fulfilled, in a timely manner, and to deadlines

In order to be considered you will need:

• Strong qualitative research experience working for another market research agency in the UK
• Ideally experience within the FMCG sector or at least a strong interest in it
• A collaborative approach, enjoying working alongside team members on projects
• A desire to work closely with clients to build and maintain relationships
• Great communication skills on all levels
• To be an organised individual, with strong problem-solving skills being able to work in a fast-paced environment
