This role is suited to an experienced quantitative researcher who values deep understanding of human behaviour and enjoys translating data into clear strategic direction. You'll work closely with senior clients, solving complex challenges and shaping decisions across brand, culture, customer experience, and innovation.

The Role

As a Senior Quantitative Research Consultant, you'll play a visible, client-facing role within the Sydney team, owning projects end to end and acting as a trusted day-to-day advisor.

You will:

• Lead the design and delivery of quantitative research programs, from proposals through to debrief
• Partner closely with clients, shaping conversations and guiding strategic direction
• Translate complex data into compelling, people-led insight narratives
• Apply behavioural thinking across projects spanning brand, CX, culture, and innovation
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team across tracking and ad-hoc studies.

This role offers strong autonomy, senior stakeholder exposure, and the chance to stay hands-on with high-quality research delivery.


About You

• 6+ years' experience in a research agency or research-led commercial environment
• Strong quantitative research design and analytical capability
• Confident storyteller with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
• Comfortable managing projects and contributing to proposals
• Curious, thoughtful, and interested in human behaviour.
