The Role - Research Manager (Financial Services)
As Research Manager, you'll take ownership of a Tier 1 banking client, acting as a trusted insights partner to senior stakeholders while leading the delivery of high-impact CX and strategic research programmes.
This is a highly visible client-facing role, where your work will influence decision-making across multiple functions including:
- Marketing & Insights teams
- Measuring and strengthening customer advocacy and loyalty
- Informing high-impact acquisition and retention strategies.
- Product teams
- Identifying growth opportunities and unmet customer needs
- Optimising product performance and shaping customer-led propositions
- Brand & Strategy teams
- Tracking industry and competitor dynamics
- Supporting strategic direction, market share growth and brand positioning.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced researcher ready to step into a more senior, outward-facing role with greater client ownership and strategic influence.
Essential experience
- 6-7+ years' experience in market research or customer insights
- Experience working agency-side or client-side within insights/research
- Strong understanding of the banking or financial services sector
- Proven experience delivering CX and NPS research programmes
- Confidence presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
