We're partnering with one of Australia's leading independent strategic insights consultancies to find a Consultant or Senior Consultant for their Melbourne team.

Working across brand, innovation, customer experience and communications, you'll deliver end-to-end quantitative research projects, helping leading organisations solve complex business challenges through evidence-based insights and strategic thinking.


The Role

• Lead end-to-end quantitative research projects from questionnaire design and fieldwork through to analysis, reporting and presentations.
• Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Build strong client relationships and present findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with specialists across strategy, qualitative research and marketing science.
• Contribute to proposals and new business as your experience grows.

Your Background

You'll bring:

• 2-5 years' experience in a market research agency or insights consultancy.
• Strong quantitative research and project management experience.
• Excellent analytical, storytelling and presentation skills.
• Commercial curiosity and a genuine passion for understanding consumer behaviour.
• Experience with Q, SPSS or similar analytical tools is advantageous.
