Key responsibilities:
  • Champion amazing client relationships
  • Bring gold standard thinking to quantitative briefs, with some qual.
  • Leverage quant data to tell consumer behavioural stories
  • Visualise data in sophisticated and creative ways to back your narrative
  • Smash it at client presentations that are tailored to client objectives
  • Show up with an owner's mindset to take great pride in yours and the team's successes
  • Show a real curiosity for the way people think, feel and act as a consumer.
  • Get involved in plenty of interesting and meaningful B-Corp and cultural initiatives.

Desired candidates profile:
  • 4/5+ years' experience in customised, consumer insights
  • Prior full-service, strategic insights agency experience
  • Quantitative expertise
  • Strong data/analytical skills and knowledge of stats packages - SPSS/Q etc
  • Critical thinking - able to join the dots!
  • Presenting - you'll love inspiring cliients to action
  • Client management - a natural people person
  • Building towards AD level - a leader of people, projects, pipeeline and strategy.
