As they continue to grow, they're seeking an Account Director or Business Development Manager (title flexible depending on your background) to lead national growth efforts.
This is a pivotal, client-facing role with a healthy mix of new business and account management - think 60:40 or 50:50 split. You'll be joining a collaborative, high-achieving team where performance is recognised and rewarded - financially and culturally.
What You'll Be Doing
Strategise & Sell
Develop smart, actionable sales strategies and account plans - combining marketing initiatives, prospecting, and partnership building.
Grow Existing Accounts
Manage client contracts, identify cross-sell opportunities, and re-engage lapsed clients with strategic, consultative communication.
Build New Relationships
Source new business through your network, outreach, and market awareness - confidently opening doors and driving conversations.
Proposal & CRM Management
Respond to briefs with precision, advising clients on research design and best practices. Keep CRM activity up-to-date for clear forecasting and pipeline visibility.
Collaborate to Amplify
Work with the marketing team on BD campaigns and content across multiple channels - from email to LinkedIn to events.
Be the Face of the Brand
Attend industry events, stay across market trends, and represent the brand in a credible, authentic way.
