Our client, a boutique fieldwork and data agency based in Leeds and specialising in the Consumer sector, is looking for an experienced Quantitative Project Manager to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part a collaborative and friendly group of experts who are passionate about delivering high-quality data collection. In this role, you will manage key client accounts, contribute to workload planning, and contribute to new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate the delivery of ad hoc and tracker quant projects
• Acting as the main client liaison, building trust, and understanding client needs
• Attending client meetings, briefs and debriefs
• Preparing quotes, managing budgets, and maximising project margins
• Monitoring project progress and proactively managing timelines and challenges
• Checking questionnaire links, managing sampling, and monitoring quotas
• Supporting and training more junior members of the team.

About You

• At least 2 years of experience in a Quant project management role in a UK market research agency
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A highly organised 'plate spinner' approach and a keen eye for detail
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with confidence to 'think on your feet'
• Strong relationship-building skills and emotional intelligence
• A collaborative spirit, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
