The Role:

Continued growth means they're hiring a Quantitative Researcher or Quant Leaning Dualist to support a mix of ad hoc and tracking projects, working end-to-end across:

  • Client Engagement - Build strong relationships through engaging communication and smart problem-solving
  • Quantitative & Qualitative Research - Mainly quant, but with a qual twist (IDIs, hybrid methods)
  • Bespoke Projects - Segmentation, brand positioning, U&A, CX mapping, campaign strategy and more
  • Data & Strategy - You love finding patterns in data and translating insight into action
  • Brand & Culture - You care about helping brands stand for something - values, lifestyles, attitudes that connect.

About You:
  • c.2+ years' experience in a market research agency
  • Strong quant skills; confident across survey design, data analysis, reporting
  • Some exposure to qual a plus
  • Skilled in Q (or a similar stats package)
  • Passionate about building strategy and delivering standout client outcomes
  • Curious, engaged, and versatile across sectors. This role sits in a team with a killer portfolio of tech, entertainment, finance, retail, social clients.
