Job Spec: Our Leeds-based client is looking for a Senior Panel Executive to lead participant recruitment on all their UK projects. This is a brilliant opportunity to step up, make an impact, and grow within a collaborative, innovative, and supportive team.


Key Responsibilities

• Carry out recruitment feasibility checks and keep the panel in top shape, ensuring accuracy and smooth admin
• Oversee participant comms across all channels, acting as the first point of escalation when needed
• Lead on quick polls and champion best use of the panel management platform, spotting improvements and training others
• Develop and run panel growth and engagement strategies, monitor KPIs, and boost sign-ups through referrals and insourcing
• Manage participant recruitment for UK projects, making sure processes are effective and efficient
• Support and coach the team, delegate well, and set a great example for teamwork and problem-solving.

About you

• You'll ideally have experience in participant recruitment and panel management, but we'd also love to hear from Project Managers with transferable skills
• You've managed people before in a UK market research setting and enjoy helping others develop
• You're organised, detail-focused, and confident making recommendations to get the best results.

To be considered you must live in the UK, ideally be happy to commute to the office in Leeds 2 days per week and hold a valid UK working permit or a visa.
