At Ipsos Askia, our Site Reliability Engineers ensure high-availability, performance, and operational excellence for our cloud-native research platforms. This is your opportunity to shape infrastructure, automation, and monitoring systems that support critical insights worldwide.


Your mission to ensure reliability at scale:

• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or Packer
• Operate Kubernetes-based services with Docker containers in GCP or other cloud platforms
• Monitor and improve service health through observability tools (Prometheus, Zabbix, etc.)
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations and lead incident recovery and root cause analysis
• Collaborate with Product Owners on Error Budgets and platform SLOs
• Automate maintenance tasks and deploy code through CI/CD pipelines
• Guide new platform designs for scalability and resilience from the start
• Drive SRE strategy and foster DevOps culture.

What makes you a fit:

• 2+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Software Engineering with cloud infrastructure
• Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD tooling
• Skilled in cloud environments (GCP preferred)
• Deep understanding of system architecture, networking, and web security
• Clear communicator with fast learning and mentoring abilities
• Familiarity with Jira and Agile methodologies.
