Key responsibilities:
- Deliver support via e-mail, chat and phone, understanding product features to direct clients to optimal workflows.
- Escalate complex issues to technical teams and track them to resolution.
- Contribute insights to product development, new-feature roll-outs and work-standard improvements.
- Organize and centralize knowledge resources for operational teams.
- Help create training materials and participate in process-improvement projects to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Your success kit:- Strong foundation - Higher-education degree and 2+ years' experience in customer service for web apps or Market Research
- Product expertise - Familiarity with Ipsos products and advanced MS Office skills
- Communication mastery - Advanced English (C1) and clear, confident communication abilities
- Problem-solving excellence - Ability to analyze challenges, coordinate with cross-functional teams and excel in fast-moving, international environments.
