As a Consultant in the Melbourne team, you'll work closely with senior team members to design and deliver high-quality, evidence-led insights. You'll be involved end-to-end: from shaping research frameworks, to storytelling with data, to helping clients make better decisions.


You'll bring:

• Around 2+ years' experience in market research, insights, or strategy consulting
• A strong grasp of both quantitative methodologies (qual also beneficial)
• Confidence working with data, crafting insights, and building compelling narratives
• Natural curiosity, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset
• Great communication skills - written and verbal.
