About the Role
As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you'll own new and expansion revenue for enterprise and mid-market logos. You'll lead full-cycle sales and position Suzy's AI-powered conversational insight platform to Insights, Marketing, and Innovation leaders - especially at the executive level.
You'll communicate fluently with high level stakeholders and tie research value to measurable business outcomes (speed-to-market, brand equity, cost savings, innovation ROI).
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end sales process from outbound to close and first renewal.
- Identify, engage, and qualify enterprise prospects through strategic outreach and events.
- Lead consultative discovery calls and demos focused on executive priorities and pain points.
- Translate Suzy's platform capabilities into real-world business outcomes.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales with rigor and discipline.
- Forecast with accuracy and maintain deal hygiene in Salesforce.
- Address objections with data, storytelling, and use-case ROI.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product for customer success and growth.
- Represent Suzy at conferences, webinars, and in thought-leadership content.
What We're Looking For- 5+ years of quota-carrying SaaS or research-tech sales with proven enterprise wins (six-figure ACV).
- Experience engaging senior-level buyers (CMO, VP of Insights, Innovation, Brand).
- Ability to connect insights to business strategy, not just research functions.
- Strong communicator and value-based seller - able to tailor messaging to C-level audiences.
- Familiarity with AI/ML, analytics, or insights platforms is a strong plus.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales tools.
- Formal sales training or exposure to formal frameworks.
What Success Looks Like- Generates qualified pipeline across target verticals and personas.
- Sells consultatively by uncovering latent needs and mapping to executive KPIs.
- Maintains accurate forecasts and disciplined CRM hygiene.
- Regularly closes six-figure deals with high renewal and expansion potential.
- Contributes to the team through knowledge-sharing, coaching, and collaboration.
