As Senior Research Manager, you'll play a pivotal role supporting the Client Director in managing a major banking client relationship. You'll help lead the delivery of high-impact research programs, including large-scale tracking and custom CX/NPS studies, ensuring insights are robust, relevant, and commercially valuable.

What you'll bring:
- 5+ years of experience in market research or insights (agency or client-side)
