As Senior Research Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role supporting the Client Director in managing major client relationships with leading financial services providers. You'll help lead the delivery of high-impact research programs, including large-scale tracking and custom CX/NPS studies, ensuring insights are robust, relevant, and commercially valuable.

What you'll bring:
- 5+ years of experience in market research or insights (agency or client-side)
- Strong understanding of the banking and financial services sector
- Proven experience in CX, NPS, and tracking studies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage projects and support client relationships
