The Role: What You'll Be Doing

• Own and grow senior client relationships, acting as a trusted insight and commercial partner.
• Lead insight projects from brief to delivery, ensuring commercial impact and strategic relevance.
• Translate complex transactional and survey data into compelling stories and recommendations.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the product suite.
• Work closely with data science, tech and consulting teams to shape solutions.
• Present insights confidently to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Contribute to the evolution of syndicated products and custom solutions.
• Mentor and support junior consultants as the team scales.

What You'll Bring

• Strong commercial instincts and a client-first mindset.
• 5+ years' experience in insights, analytics or data-led consulting.
• Proven experience managing and growing key accounts.
• Deep understanding of quantitative research and data storytelling.
• Experience with tools such as R, SPSS, Q, SAS or DisplayR (highly desirable).
• Confidence working with dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, DisplayR or similar).
• Excellent presentation and communication skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
