Job Spec: Our client is an intelligence platform that benchmarks and tracks AI adoption across the financial services sector. They were conceived and founded three years ago and are growing fast. They are well-connected and funded, and are filling a real need for information on corporate social responsibility and AI ethics metrics in a fast-evolving and regulated sector. They help companies to understand their ranking in relation to peers and to accelerate their AI strategy by creating an index that is syndicated throughout the banking and payments vertical and have a cutting-edge development team that uses the latest techniques in machine learning to build faster and better data collection and analysis tools. They have a strong team of research analysts, which they are seeking to grow.
In this role you will be responsible for creating content based on the findings of the Index and be reactive and proactive in owning the thought leadership in new developments and opportunities in their space. Leveraging the data, you will produce original research insights spanning ideation, research design, hypothesis testing, analysis, and authorship. You will build and maintain key relationships with opinion leaders and subject matter experts to add a qualitative dimension to your understanding and communicate key takeaways from ongoing analysis in a crisp, informed, and engaging voice. You will partner closely with client strategists to define a current point-of-view and consensus.
We are looking for top-calibre individuals who exhibit intense intellectual curiosity and a passion for data-driven storytelling. The ideal candidates, depending on their level of experience, will blend exposure to banking and payments, demonstrable research acumen, and examples of AI research projects as well as a true passion for uncovering new innovations in the AI space. Successful candidates will demonstrate equal comfort with quantitative and qualitative methods and sources. Graduates with up to 5 years of experience will be considered.
