This is a standout opportunity to take ownership of a flagship insights panel within a high-growth, globally recognised organisation operating at the intersection of financial services, customer strategy, and data intelligence. With a presence across 40+ markets and partnerships with leading banking and financial institutions, they deliver insight that directly informs critical business decisions.
You'll sit within a core product team, working on one of the most established and trusted banking datasets in Australia, with real visibility and impact.
The role is centred around ownership, optimisation, and growth. You'll lead the performance and evolution of a high-value online research panel and insights community, balancing analytical thinking with creative engagement.
Your left brain will focus on performance, optimisation, and improving panel health. You'll analyse what's working, identify gaps, and continuously refine recruitment, engagement, and retention strategies. Your right brain will come into play when developing more creative and considered ways to attract, engage, and retain members, ensuring the experience feels relevant, human, and not purely transactional.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Owning and growing the online research panel and community
- Designing and delivering engagement strategies, campaigns, and content
- Driving participation, retention, and overall panel health Partnering with external panel providers and technology platforms
- Using data to optimise performance, messaging, and user experience
- Acting as the voice of the panel members internally.
To be successful, you'll bring:- Experience working with online research panels, insights communities, or engagement platforms
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and affiliate partnerships
- Proven skills in campaign execution and content creation
- Familiarity with tools such as Qualtrics, InMoment, or similar
- Solid grounding in survey-based research methodologies
- A commercial mindset with the ability to connect engagement activity to data quality and business impact.
