Introduction:

We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented (Senior) Client Executive to support our sales team from pre sales to invoicing. This role ensures seamless operational and administrative processes, enabling our client partners to focus on strategic client engagement and driving business growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the team to meet or exceed all team revenue targets for new and existing accounts.
  • Understand client project briefs to create proposals for those clients.
  • Use internal tools to create bids and assess project feasibility for studies.
  • Send proposals/bids to clients.
  • Develop day-to-day client relationship for agile projects.
  • Follow up bids and winning them.
  • Initiating the process of invoicing projects.
  • Smoothly transition projects to our planning team.
  • Develop a strong working relationship with other functions such as client partners, research, delivery and finance.
  • Keep track of progress on won projects and assisting with issue resolution if required.
  • Input all relevant information into the appropriate sales tracking databases, including bids, prospect and client contacts, and meeting reports.

Your Profile:
  • 1-4 years of experience in a B2B environment (preferred but not essential)
  • Ability to thrive in fast paced environment with the need to prioritise effectively and react in a timely manner.
  • Proficiency in advanced applications of CRM tools such as Salesforce.com (desirable but not essential)
  • Sales minded individual with some inside sales or customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of the Market Research industry and how clients in this space work (i.e. their challenges) is desirable but not essential.
  • Excel Proficiency: ability to create formulas and percentage calculations.
  • Detail-Oriented & Structured: accuracy in following up, logging information, preparing bids, and invoicing.
  • Mathematical Skills: Basic maths proficiency, ability to calculate percentages and interpret data.
  • Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Consultative Approach: Positive attitude and ability to provide a tailored approach to client request, using your knowledge to create custom solutions.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams and ability to articulate the Toluna value proposition.
  • Must be able to communicate in English effectively both verbally and in writing. Dutch is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as in a team environment.
  • Success-driven with the ability to be problem-solving, flexible and self-motivated.
  • Growth mindset to continuously develop skills and knowledge including participating in Toluna training as required.
