Introduction:
The Field Manager enables successful delivery of projects using sampling methodologies specific to Toluna. In this role, the Field Manager starts data collection post a thorough understanding of client needs, project specifications & milestones. The role involves optimizing cost with & usage of supply in an efficient manner. Key Performance indicators will be gross margin & client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Survey Programming
- Confirmit Programming
- Confirmit Tool
- Questionnaire Review
- QC (Quality Check)
- Survey Logic Implementation
- Data Validation in Surveys.
Your Profile:
- Total Experience Required: 4+ years in survey programming.
- Mandatory Skill: Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in Confirmit.
Other Tools:
- Confirmit - Strong proficiency (primary skill)
- No Decipher requirement
- QC skills preferred but not mandatory
