Introduction:

We're looking for a talented and versatile All-Round Designer to join our Marketing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing creative concepts and delivering high-quality design solutions across a wide range of touchpoints - from global campaigns and digital marketing to events and internal communications.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines strong creative thinking with hands-on execution, and who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

• Creative Concepting & Execution
  Develop innovative design concepts and translate briefs into engaging visual solutions aligned with brand guidelines.
• Global Campaigns
  Design and produce high-quality assets for global marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Event & Webinar Support
  Create visually compelling materials for events, webinars, and presentations.
• Sales Enablement
  Develop sales toolkits, pitch decks, and supporting materials to enhance commercial effectiveness.
• Digital Marketing
  Support digital initiatives by designing assets for social media, email campaigns, and online platforms.
• Internal Communications
  Provide creative support for internal communications, ensuring clarity and consistency in messaging.
• Project Management & Collaboration
  Work closely with marketing stakeholders to manage multiple projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Brand Consistency
  Maintain and strengthen visual identity across all outputs.
• Industry Awareness
  Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the team.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a creative/design role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative work across digital and print
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint, and Canva
• Solid understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual storytelling
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
• Be able to operates with a high level of autonomy while aligning with creative direction
• Collaborates effectively with regional and global marketing teams
• Balances creativity with business needs and timelines
• Continuously seeks improvement and innovation in design work
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

Nice to have:

• Experience in a global or matrix organization
• Motion design or basic animation skills
• Familiarity with marketing performance-driven design.
