They're now looking for a Research Consultant to join their team in either Sydney or Melbourne.

This role would suit someone with around 3-4 years' experience in market research or insights who's ready to step up into a more strategic, client-facing position. Importantly, this is not a back-room analyst role, you'll be presenting to clients, shaping conversations and translating complex data into meaningful commercial recommendations.

The role itself will involve:

• Managing quantitative research and insights projects end-to-end
• Delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations to clients
• Presenting findings to senior stakeholders in an engaging, commercially relevant way
• Working with large and complex datasets to uncover customer trends and behaviour
• Designing research approaches and contributing to innovative methodologies
• Collaborating closely with internal commercial and client-facing teams
• Supporting and mentoring more junior team members.

What they're looking for:

• Around 3-4 years' experience in insights, market research or analytics
• Previous exposure to banking, financial services or payments research
• Strong quantitative research capability
• Solid experience using Q (essential)
• Confidence presenting insights directly to clients and stakeholders
• Someone naturally curious, commercially minded and proactive
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex findings.
